While not as relaxing as hiking, taking a walk around your neighborhood is also a great to de-stress. It’s best to opt for the least busy streets, so you can let your mind wander. Pet owner? Bring your dog along to really get your mind off things!
With quite a few different bike trails in Cortland, biking is a great option! Not only is it more exciting then walking, but biking causes your focus to shift to your present task, instead of what’s weighing on your mind.
