If you love fantasy, romance, humor, and excitement, then you must read the book Stardust by Neil Gaiman. The story follows Tristan, who grew up in a magical land. The 17 year old boy has a crush on the local beauty Victoria and to get her hand in marriage, he promises to get her the star that has fallen over the “wall.” Tristan embarks on the adventure of a lifetime all for love. Trust me, you won’t be able to put this book down. Here are some great reasons why you should read “Stardust.”
- “Stardust” is extremely magical. In the town of Wall, there is a fence which leads to an enchanted forest that no one is permitted to pass. This book allows you to take a break from reality and enter a magical world. Who wouldn’t want that?! If you love Harry Potter, than you will really enjoy this read!
- It’s quick and inspiring. 250 pages may seem like a lot, but you’ll be hooked by the first chapter. I finished it in 2 days! This story has a mix of everything to romance, humor, action and fantasy. This book is very excellent and Gaiman is a master storyteller.
- Most importantly, “Stardust” is simply a great read. If you have been trying to find the next book or wondering what to read next, “Stardust” will take you on a magically journey and once you’ve read it, you’ll start to wish it never ended.
